📦 What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?Updated 8 months ago

I am so sorry to hear the drinks you received are damaged.  We have made significant improvements to our shipping boxes but unfortunately, things are out of our control once our delivery partners take over. 🚚  

We generally issue prorated refunds for less than 1/2 a case of damages and send a replacement case when more than 1/2 the case has been affected.
